Back to the drawing board

Habakkuk 2:1-3
I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the tower, and will watch to see what he will say unto me, and what I shall answer when I am reproved. And the LORD answered me, and said, write the vision, and make [it] plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it. For the vision [is] yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.

As I ride around the campus of Chapel Hill I notice the buildings of brick an mortar, these beautiful building were in the mind of some great man or woman who took the time to write their vision and make it plain. They set the vision before people to see, that they may run with it. Much like Habakkuk 2 tells us to do. God births things in our spirit man and then gives us charge over those dreams and visions so that we can see them to fruition. Just as the buildings go up on the campus of UNC they have to be inspected and meet codes in order to be occupied.
Our visions and dreams go through the same inspections just by God; first he tests it and puts it through the refiner’s fire (see Malachi 3) to refine the vision and the visionary. Line upon Line and precept upon precept no success is over night. Be encouraged
